The ice should be stirred regularly to keep the temperature constant all over.
Keep the keep straight to the thermometer.
The bulb of thermometer should be kept in between the ice cube.
While in Boiling of water it should be kept a little above the water level.
Pumine stone should be added to avoid bumping of boiling water.
Keep an eye straight to the thermometer.
