Properties of diagonal:
Diagonals of a square intersect at 90 degrees.
Diagonals of a square are equal.
Construction of Square:
Draw a line segment of length 5cm.
Construct a perpendicular bisector by cutting arc of equal radius on both top and bottom with compass on both the ends on the line segment.
Now place the compass on place where the perpendicular line touches the line segment and draw a circle so that it touches both the ends of the line segment.
The points where the circle and the perpendicular bisector meets is to be the vertices of square.
Now draw lines from vertices to the diagonal.
