Write two reasons why a galvanometer cannot be used as such to measure the current in a given circuit.

• Galvanometer when connected in series experiences huge resistance which results into deflection .
• Accuracy of measuring current is not guaranteed .

Golvanometer is an electronic instruments which is used for a direction of electrics current through electric circuits. Being a sensitive instruments , Golvanometer can not be used for the measurement of heavy current.
