when u want to stop the sound pollution you should do my rule
1 first stop the using high sound object.like dj,and other things.
2 where the hospital are present you should not increase your vehicle sound other instrument and .reduce all the vehicel.

so for reducing sound and pollution you need to first control the increase in production of vehicle and then when ever you are on the traffic signal try to switch off the vehicles until the ssignal is not given

reduce the industrial activity so that pollution can be avoided.
