Summer camps do help in personality development because as students children are made to do a monotonous work of studying doing homework and writing exams.Though school provides certain extracurricular activities most of the students dont really take active part because of the pressure already upon them.So during holidays summer camps are held which helps them to relax as well as to do activities which they enjoy personally as well as that whch helps them in personality development.
