You could talk about the various medicinal fields in India - naturopathy, ayurveda, allopathy, homeopathy, etc. Talk of how these are evolving and their future in India. For example, I see a very strong revival of yoga not just in India but across the world. I see people rejecting allopathy and moving towards nature cure.  You could also talk about the developing technologies that help in connecting spatially distant patients with doctors anywhere in the world.
