I, Varun Joshi, a resident of Chandigarh, would like to file a complaint regarding the book you sent me.
On 3rd June 2020, I had ordered 'Pride and Prejudice' from your online bookstore. I paid accordingly and the company promised to deliver it in a maximum of two weeks. Well, I recieved a package from Oxford yesterday, but it was not the book I had ordered. I was given a collection of nursery rhymes instead of the classic novel I had ordered. According to your company's policy, I am eligible for a refund of my money and a free book.
