In the south of Spain, that arise near the banks of Guadalquivir river. Seville is the chief town of Andalusia.
Having its own airport, it is possible to reach Seville by plane. But if you are from the north of Sardinia, you can't take the plane in the airport of Alghero, because this plane doesn't depart from there. You have to go to Cagliari by train, and embark in Elmas airport. When you get off from the plane, you can take a taxy to reach the city centre, infact this vehicle doesn't cost so much there.
Seville is a pretty city, with characteristic gigs that offer you a different way to visit the place. But if you love walk Seville is a beautifull city to admire, pathway after pathway. In every corner of the city you can find restaurants which offer you tapas, taste little samples you can enjoy in the open part of every restaurant. Infact in Seville the weather is always good.
Interesting cultural places to see are the Cathedral, that is the biggest one in Spain; the "Reales Alcázares" (the Royal Forts); "Plaza de Espana" that was the square were a Star Wars scene was filmed.
I personally raccomand to go to visit Seville at the beginning or at the end of summer, because in August it could be very hot.
