1.You are the cultural secretary of ABC school. You have been asked to inform students of class
1X and XII about an Inter School Dramatics Competition to be held in your school.
Draft a notice inviting those desirous of taking part in the competition with all necessary
details. Put the notice in a box. Also, draft an e-mail to students giving relevant details.
(Note : Notice should be drafted in not more than 50 words)

2. You are in charge of the Social Welfare Club of ABC School Lucknow, which is organising a
Charity show, to help cancer patients in the state. Many eminent artists of the city would be
participating. Write a notice to be put up in the school notice board informing students of the
programme, giving relevant details such as the purpose of the show, the venue and timing, in
50 words. Also write an e-mail informing student of the programme giving the above relevant
details.
