School excursion is one of the best ways to gather knowledge for students. It helps a student to know unknown places, unknown people or their unknown lifestyle. It is very interesting to know how a school excursion is arranged. At first, excursion committee is formed with some teachers and some students in it. Then, the place and the date of excursion are fixed. Next, the tour operator is searched and contacted. Then, all the students are notified everything about the excursion. After that, the names of the students along with consent letters are to be enlisted by the committee. Next, the students' names are sorted out. After that, the final list are published. Finally, the selected students are informed of rules and regulations.
