The Greedy Farmer

Once a farmer named Hari lived in a village. He have two goats. one day he thought to raise a hen so that he can earn some money by selling the eggs. As decided ,he brought a hen from the market and raise it . The hen now become capable for giving an egg and the hen lay egg . The farmer knew about it that the hen would lay egg so he wake up early morning n go to see the hen .To his astonishment ,the egg lay by his hen was a golden one he jumped into happy and sell it in the Market. From that on ,the hen started to give one golden egg each day and the farmer used to sell it in the market. After some days by selling the golden eggs the farmer soon become a rich man and along with it he started to become more n more greedy .One day the greedy man thought to get all the eggs at a time .The next morning he took a knife and cut the stomach of his hen but to his surprised there was nothing not even one egg.. The greedy farmer understand it that it was his greed that made him blind and couldn't see that greedy people can never make their life prosperous though they have the opportunity. the farmer sit down there n started to cry bitterly.

moral:Greed is the root cause of miseries. n we let go of many good things in our life because of our greed of having even better things.
