wrwrite a letter of complaint to travel bureau that had organised a bus tour from Delhi to Agra use the words in the box

bus started late,
food very oily,
stomach upset,
AC on the bus did not work, guide could not speak English,
not visit any other place except Taj Mahal,
other tourist spots too in Agra,
return to the hotel late,
