There are certain animals which are adapted to survive in aquatic life. These animals are called aquatic animals. They spent most of the time of the day and also their life cycle in the water. For example, fish (having gills) and some bkue green algae and anaerobic bacteria.
However special mention may be made of whale which is an exceptional mammal having lungs living in water.
