Basically, a dude reported that Fortnite streamer Ninja died of a disease called ligma.

It eventually became a bad joke: Ligma balls.

Then, if you check Urban Dictionary’s definition of Ligma, you’ll see a couple of definitions stating the dangers of ligma.
