Step-by-step explanation:

x+1/5-3x+3/10=2

2(x+1)-3x+3/10=2

2x+2-3x+3=20

-x+5=20

x=-15

-15 is your answer........

check:

-14/5+48/10

-28+48/10

20/10

given :-

(x + 1)/5 - (3x - 3)/10 = 2

LHS :-

= (x + 1)/5 - (3x - 3)/10

LCM of 5 and 10 = 5 × 2 = 10

= 2(x + 1)/(2 × 5) - 1(3x - 3)/(1 × 10)

= (2x + 2)/10 - (3x - 3)/10

= (2x + 2 - 3x + 3)/10

= (5 - x)/10 = 2

RHS :- 2

comparing LHS with RHS :-

➡ (5 - x)/10 = 2

➡ 5 - x = 2 × 10

➡ 5 - x = 20

➡ -x = 20 - 5

➡ -x = 15

➡ x = -15

hence, the value of x = -15
