 \frac{x + 1}{7 + x}  =  \frac{(3x - 4)}{20}

20x + 20 = 7(3x - 4) + x(3x - 4)

20x + 20 = 21x - 28 + 3 {x}^{2}  - 4x

20x - 21x + 4x + 20 + 28 - 3 {x}^{2}  = 0

 - 3 {x}^{2}  + 3x + 48 = 0

 - 3( {x}^{2}  - x - 16) = 0

 {x}^{2}  - x - 16 = 0
