x - 100 \div 64 = y - 50 \div 50 \\  \\  =  > x -  \frac{100}{64}  = y -  \frac{50}{50}  \\  \\  =  > x - y =  \frac{100}{64}  - 1 \\  \\  =  > x - y =  \frac{36}{64}    \\  \\  =  > x - y =  \frac{9}{16}

Answer: x=(9+16y)/16; y=any constant

Explanation: x-100/64=y-50/50

                      3200x-5000=3200y-3200

                      3200x-3200y=1800

                      16x=16y+9

                      x=(9+16y)/16
