\bold{Answer :}

Given,

x = - 14/13

or, 13x = - 14

or, 13x + 14 = 0

or, (13)x + (0)y + 14 = 0 ...(i)

Now, comparing (i) with ax + by + c = 0, we get

a = 13, b = 0 and c = 14

Given linear equation x = -14/13

Multiply both sides with 13,

we get

13x = -14

=> 13x + 14 = 0

=> 13x + 0 × y + 14 = 0

Compare with ax+by+c= 0,

We get

a = 13 , b = 0 , c = 14
