Given linear equation y/7 = 3

Multiply both sides with 7 ,

we get

=> y = 21

=> y - 21 = 0

=> 0×x + 1×y + ( -21 ) = 0

Compare this with ax+by+c=0,

we get

a = 0 , b = 1 , c = -21
