to ise x-(3+2√2) kr lo
to dusra factor x-(3-2√2) ho jayega
then
[x-(3+2√2)] [x-(3-2√2)] multiply kr do
for example.... x^2-6x-16=0. --- [ (x-8)(x+2)=0 ]
