☞x=2 is a zeros of the polynomial x²-kx+6 find the value of k?

Answer

→ {x}^{2}  - kx + 6 = 0

→( {2})^{2}  - k(2) + 6 = 0

→4 - 2k + 6 = 0

→ - 2k \:  + 10 \:  = 0

→ - 2k \:  =  \:  - 10

→k \:  =  \frac{ - 10}{ - 2}

→k \:  =  5
