HEY FRIEND,
 \frac{x - 2}{x + 2}  + 6 \times  \frac{x - 2}{x - 6}  = 1
 \frac{x - 2}{x + 2}  + \frac{6x - 12}{x - 6}   = 1
 \frac{{x}^{2}  - 2x - 6x + 12 + 6 {x}^{2}  - 12x + 12x - 24}{ {x}^{2} - 6x + 2x - 12 }   = 1
 {7x}^{2}  - 8x  - 12 =   {x}^{2}  - 4x - 12
6 {x}^{2}   - 4x  = 0
2x(3x - 2) = 0
2x = 0 \\ x = 0
OR
3x - 2 = 0 \\ x =  \frac{2}{3}
HOPE IT HELPS.....

Arpanmandal: thank you Thank you very much
