$\frac{x + 2}{x} = 2 \\x + 2 = 2x \\ x = 2 \\ \\ \frac{ {x}^{2} + x + 2}{ {x}^{2} \times (1 - x) } = \frac{ {2}^{2} + 2 + 2}{ {2}^{2} \times (1 - 2)} \\ = \frac{8}{4 \times ( - 1)} = \frac{8}{ - 4} \\ = - 2$
