3x^2 -7x+6x-14=2x^2 +6x-3x-9
x^2-x-3x-14+9=0
x^2-4x-5=0
Middle term splitting
x^2-5x+x-5=0
x(x-5)+1(x-5)

x=-1 AND x=5
