x^2-3x+2=0 x^2-2x-x+2 = x(x-2)-1(x-2)=0 x = 1,2 if x=1 then x-2/x = -1 if x=2 then x-2/x= 1

Hey...
x+2/x =3
x+2 =3x
2x=2
x=1
x-2/x
on putting x = 1,
=>1-2/1
=>-1/1
=>-1
So, x-2/x =-1
