 \frac{3x + 2x}{6}    -    \frac{x}{4}   = 7

 \frac{5x}{6}  -  \frac{x}{4}  = 7

 \frac{20x - 6x}{24}  = 7

 \frac{14x}{24}  = 7

14x = 7 \times 24

14x = 168

x =  \frac{168}{14}

x = 12
