X / 2 - Y / 3 = 1 / 6 + Y

= 1 / 2 * X - Y / 3 - Y = 1/ 6

= 1 / 2 * X - Y - 3Y / 3 = 1 / 6

= 2 / 2 * X + ( - 1 / 4 * Y ) + (- 1 / 6 )= 0

ax + by - c = 0

x/2 - y/3 - y =1/6 => multiply the equation by 6.=> we get 3x-2y-6y =1=> 3x-8y=1 => 3x-8y-1 is in the form of equation ax+by+c =0 .Hope it helps you...Mark me as Brainliest.
