(x-2)^2+1=2x-3

{a-b}^2=a^2+b^2-2ab

x^2+2^2-2(x)(2)+1-2x+3=0

x^2+4-4x+1-2x+3=0

x^2-6x+8

hence its a quadaratic equation....
