By chain rule

 \sf {3\sf \left( { \dfrac{x ^3  + 1}{x^3 }} \right)^2} ~ \sf{{\dfrac{d}{dx}} {\left( { \dfrac{x ^3  + 1}{x^3 }} \right)}}

 \sf⇒{{\dfrac{d}{dx}} {\left( { \dfrac{x ^3  + 1}{x^3 }} \right)}} = {\sf{{\dfrac{-3}{x^4}}}} \\\\ \sf {⇒3\sf \left( { \dfrac{x ^3  + 1}{x^3 }} \right)^2} \sf\left({\dfrac{-3}{x^4}}\right)

Simplify
