x + 3/2 - 3x + 1/4 = 2(x-2)/3 - 2

=> 3/2 - 2x + 1/4 = 2x/3 - 4/3 - 2

=> 2x/3 + 2x = 3/2 + 1/4 + 4/3 + 2

=> (2x + 6x)/3 = ( 18 + 3 + 16 + 24) / 12

=> (8x) = 61/4

=> x = 61/32
