\huge\bold\green{Solution :\longrightarrow}

\mathsf{ = > \frac{x}{3} - \frac{2}{5} = \frac{2x}{15} - \frac{3}{5} }\\

 \mathsf{= > \frac{x}{3} - \frac{2x}{15} = - \frac{3}{5} + \frac{2}{5}} \\

 \mathsf{= > \frac{5x - 2x}{15} = \frac{ - 3 + 2}{5} }\\

\mathsf{ = > \frac{3x}{15} = \frac{ - 1}{5} }\\

 \mathsf{= > 3x \times 5 = 15 \times ( - 1)}

 \mathsf{= > 15x = - 15}

 \mathsf{= > x = \frac{ - 15}{15}} \\ \\
 \mathsf{= > x = - 1}
