x+3/2-y+2/7=1
or, {7x+21-(2y+4)}/14=1
or, 7x+21-2y-4=14
or, 7x-2y=14-21+4
or, 7x-2y=-3.......................(i)

x+2/11+y+3/11=1
or, x+2+y+3/11=1
or, x+y+5=11
or, x+y=11-5
or, x+y=6...........................(ii)

Now, (i)-7×(ii)
.'. 7x-2y-(7x+7y)=-21-6
or, 7x-2y-7x-7y=-27
or, -9y=-27
or, y=-27/-9=3

Now, entire the value of y in (ii)
x+3=6
or, x=6-3=3

.'. x=3,y=3
I'm happy to help you.
