\underline{\Large\mathbf{Question}}

 \frac{x}{3}  + 5 -  \frac{x}{6}  +  \frac{x}{4}  \\

\underline{\underline{\huge\mathfrak{Solution}}}

On taking LCM of 3, 1, 6 and 4 we get 12

 \frac{x  \times 4 + 5 \times 12 - x \times 2 + x \times 3}{12}  = 0 \\  \\  \frac{4x + 60 - 2x + 3x}{12}  = 0

Writing the like terms together

 \frac{4x + 3x - 2x + 60}{12}  = 0 \\  \\  \frac{7x - 2x + 60}{12}  = 0 \\  \\  \frac{5x + 60}{12}  = 0 \\  \\ 5x + 60 = 0 \times 12 \\  \\ 5x + 60 = 0 \\  \\ 5x =  - 60 \\  \\ x =  -  \frac{60}{5}  \\  \\ x =  - 12
