first off, we need to solve this by using simultaneous equation.

so first equation is

x + \frac{3}{y}  = 1
x - 1 =  \frac{ - 3}{y}
xy - y =  - 3
second equation is
y -  \frac{7}{z }  = 3
y - 3 =  \frac{7}{z}
 - 3 =  \frac{7}{z}  - y
so now that each equation equals to -3 we can finally combine both ,why? because bothe equals to the same answer which is -3

fist equation=second equation
xy - y =  \frac{7}{z}  - y
xy =  \frac{7}{z}
xyz = 7
