x-2y=2..........(1)

X/3+y/2=3

2x+3y/6=3

2x+3y=18

x=18-3y/2........(2)

put the value of x in equation (1)

therefore

18-3y/2+2y=2

18-3y+4y/2=2

18-y=4

y=18-4

y=16

put value of y in equation (2)

x=18-3(16)/2

x= -30/2

x=-15

hence, x=-15 and. y=16
