X+3y-6=0 --------(1)

2x-y=5---------(2)

from equation (1)

X=-6-3y

so,X=-3y+6

put ,X=-3y+6 in equation (2)

2(-3y+6)-y=5

-6y+12-y=5

-7y+12=5

-7y=5-12

-7y=-7

so,y=1

put,y=1 in equation (1)

X+3(1)-6=0

X+3-6=0

X=6-3

X=3

hence,X=3 and y=1

hope this will help u☺️
