<b>Answer :

 = > {x}^{2} + 3x - 10 \\ \\ by \: mid \: term \: splittng \\ \\ = > {x}^{2} + 3x - 10 \\ \\ = > {x}^{2} + 5x - 2x - 10 \\ \\ = > x(x + 5) - 2(x + 5) \\ \\ = > (x - 2)(x + 5)

\underline\textbf{Hence, (x - 2) and (x + 5) are the factors of the polynomial. }

And

a) x - 2 = 0

=> x = 2

b) x + 5 = 0

=> x = - 5

\underline\textbf{2 and - 5 are the zeroes of the polynomial. }

Tysm !
