x-3y=3....(1), 3x-9y=2.....(2)                                                                                                       x-3y-3=0 comparing with a₁x+b₁y+c₁ ∴a₁=1,b₁=-3,c₁=0 similarly 3x-9y=2∴a₂=3,b₂=-9, c₂=-2  a1/a2=1/3, b1/b2=-3/-9=1/3 , c1/c2 =-3/-2 since a1/a2=b1/b2≠c1/c2 no solutions
