Did you mean

{( \frac{x}{4}  +  \frac{4x}{5} )}^{3}

If yes then your answer is

{( \frac{x}{4}  +  \frac{4x}{5} )}^{3}  \\ =  {( \frac{5x + 16x}{20} )}^{3}  \\  = {( \frac{21x}{20} )}^{3}  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \\  \frac{9261}{8000}  \\

now can't be simplified further
