 \frac{x}{4}  -  \frac{y}{3}  = 5 \\  \frac{3x - 2y}{12}  = 5 \\   \\ 3x - 2y = 60 \\ 3x = 60 + 2y \\ x =  \frac{60 + 2y}{3}

2 x - 5y =  - 16 \\ 2x =  - 16 + 5y \\ x =  \frac{ - 16 + 5y}{2}
