Heya !!

X + 5 / 6 - ( X + 1 ) / 9 = X + 3 / 4

=> 3 ( X + 5 ) - 2 ( X + 1 ) / 18 = ( X + 3 )/ 4

=> 3X + 15 - 2X - 2 / 18 = ( X + 3 / 4 )

=> X + 13 = 18 ( X + 3 )/ 4

=> 4 ( X + 13 ) = 18X + 54

=> 4X + 52 = 18X + 54

=> 18X - 4X = 52 - 54

=> 14X = -2

=> X = - 1/7

 \frac{x + 5}{6}  -  \frac{x + 1}{9}  =  \frac{x + 3}{4}  \\  \\   =>  \frac{3(x + 5) - 2(x + 1)}{18}  =  \frac{x + 3}{4}  \\  \\  = >  \frac{3x + 15 - 2x - 2}{18}  =  \frac{x + 3}{4}  \\  \\  = >  \frac{x + 13}{9}  =  \frac{x + 3}{2}  \\  \\  => 2(x + 13) = 9(x + 3) \\  \\  = > 2x + 26 = 9x + 27 \\  \\  => 26 - 27 = 9x - 2x \\  \\  = >  - 1 = 7x \\  \\  = >  -  \frac{1}{7}  = x
