Another approach

Do you know

ax2+bx+c=a(x−x1)(x−x2)

? if you see 6x2−5xy−6y2 like that form ,you will have

6(x2)+(−5y)x+(−6y2)=0

solve for x

x=−b±b2−4ac−−−−−−−√2a=+5y±25y2−4.6.(−6y2)−−−−−−−−−−−−−−√2.6=5y±13y12→x1=5y+13y12=3y2x2=5y−13y12=−2y3

now

6(x2)+(−5y)x+(−6y2)=6(x−3y2)(x−−2y3)=2.3(x−3y2)(x+2y3)=(2x−3y)(3x+2y)

(X+6)2-5xy-30y-6y²

2x+12-5xy-30y-6y²

6y²-5xy-30y+2x+12

Hope it helps you
