5x-6x+10c/30=x/15+7

5x-6x+10c=x/15+7*30 (15 will divide by 30 and get 2 and is multiplied by 7)

-1x+10c=x+14

-2x+10c=14

dividing thhis eqn throughout by -2

we get

x-10c+14=0
