$\Rightarrow \frac{x+7}{3}-\frac{3x-2}{5}=1\\\Rightarrow \frac{5x+35+9x-6}{15}=1\\\Rightarrow \frac{5x+35+9x-6}{15}=1\\\Rightarrow 14x+29=15\\\Rightarrow 14x=15-29\\\Rightarrow 14x=-14$
