Write 3 as 1+1+1 and add each "1" with each of the three terms

Thus (x+a)/(b+c) becomes (x+a+b+c)/(b+c)

Then equation will be

(x+a+b+c)[1/(b+c)+1/(c+a)+1/(a+b)] = 0

Thus x+a+b+c = 0
or 3x = -3(a+b+c)
