 =  {x}^{ac - bc}  {x}^{ab - ac}  {x}^{bc - ab}

same base means add the power,

 =  {x}^{ac - bc + ab - ac + bc -ab }

after cancelling,

 =  {x}^{0}

anything power zero is one,

= 1.
