Explanation:

Solution :

Old Ratio :

X : Y = 2 : 1

  • X's share = 2/3
  • Y's share = 1/3

Z is admitted with 5/11th share which he takes 3/11th from X and 2/11th from Y.

  • Z's share = 5/11

Share taken by Z from X = 3/11 th

Share taken by Z from Y = 2/11 th

New profit sharing ratio :

X's new share =

⇒ 2/3 - 3/11 = (22 - 9)/33

13/33

Y's new share =

⇒ 1/3 - 2/11 = (11 - 6)/33

5/33

Z's share =

⇒ 5/11 × 3/3 = 15/33

New profit sharing ratio :

  • X : Y : Z
  • 13/33 : 5/33 : 15/33

13 : 5 : 15

Therefore, the new profit sharing ratio of the partners is 13 : 5 : 15

Answer:

new ratio is :-------- 13:5:15

Explanation:

  1. sacrifice of X and y is given 3/11 and 2/11 giving share to z
  • x new share 3/11-2/3 (2:1) => 9-22/33 = 13/33
  • y new share= 2/11-1/3=>6-11/ 33= 5/33

z new share = 5/11×3/3{bcoz we want denominator same as x and y}=>15/33 =15/33

new ratio of x,y,z:-----

[13:5:15]
