The 8th floor.

2+5= 7th floor

7–6= 1st floor

1+7+ 8th floor.

The reason why it works like this is because if Argus goes down, then we add the number of floors he goes down. So basically, the question has opposite operations and numbers in opposite spots. I did try my best to explain this
