d c b a

Lets take ones digit as a, tens as b, hundreds as c, and thousands as d

Now, ATQ:

a = 9

b = c-5                 (1)

c = d+4                (2)

d = a-6                 (3)

Putting (3) in (2)

c = (a-6) + 4

c = a -2                 (4)

Putting (4) in (1)

b = c + 5

b = (a - 2) - 5

b = a -7

Now, since we have all the variables in terms of a, and we have the value of a, we can substitute and solve:

a = 9

b = 9 - 7 = 2

c = 9 - 2 = 7

d = 9 - 6 = 3

So, the number is 3729
