If we consider about the case of "Y", then we might say that a sprain in leg is controlled by tissues called as "soft tissues" and these tissues govern the ligaments, tendons and actions of muscles. A sprain on leg is quite common while playing and muscles need rest at that time and treatments like compression and elevation of that particular area is required before the body stabilizes again.

Again in case of X, it can only be said that the tissues that regulate the flow of blood is "body tissues" and anemia is  related completely with the iron content available, and calculation of the total amount of iron content that can be bound by "transferrin" for an individual's body.

Anemia occurs when the hemoglobin content in the blood is less and therefore the body suffers from low iron. When the leg gets sprained then the muscle got impacted and this resulted in a cramp.

Explanation:

  • In the first scenario, X has an issue with the tissue blood and Y had an issue in the tissue of muscle.
  • Blood is the medium that flows in the body and is responsible for its vital functioning.
  • Muscles in legs are also very important as these ensure that the individual can walk, run and perform his daily activities.
  • Ample rest and a balanced diet are required to help X and Y recover from their respective ailments.
